ABOUT RON HUNTER
I am a product of the Gifted and Talented Public Education System in North Carolina, having received Advanced Placement [AP]Credit at the College level in both History and English while still in High School.
I was in the National Guard in North Carolina, until occupational exposure to Mercaptin in 1996 ended my military service prematurely, but not my desire to serve my country in Christian Method.
I am currently an Inspector with F.E.M.A.[#12510 since 1999][ Floyd [1292], Katrina[1606]and Wilma [1609]
I have had Religious Space Impact Visions associated with revelations and used these visions in designing my Civil defense Process designed to use President Bush's "Faith Based Initiative"
I am a Civil Defense Program and Process Designer Since Before 9/11/2001 , and I developed what I consider to be a modern upgrade to America's Civil Defense system, that I have named American Civilization Continuity, a term that is derived from the similar field of Business Continuity, the field of commercial disaster recovery and resumption of operations.
This concept has been in development since before 9/11/2001 and in its original form was conceived as a simple civic support program allowing groups of citizens to demonstrate their intent to support our way of life , and receive the Implied Empowerment and Validation of their Right to Participate .
This process also would allow those seeking citizenship to donate man hours towards proofing their desire to be actual citizens = millions more man hours [4 hours per month minimum commitment from general public]

Ray Buchanan, Founder and President
A native of Texas, Ray Buchanan earned a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Divinity from Shenandoah University and Conservatory. He co-founded Stop Hunger Now in 1998, following an 18-year career as the founder and co-director of the Society of St. Andrew, a Virginia-based domestic food relief organization. Ray served in the U.S. Marine Corps in Vietnam.
An ordained United Methodist minister, he is fueled by the vision of ending hunger in his lifetime and, to that end, has dedicated himself to helping those in the greatest need. Stop Hunger Now was created by Ray as an entrepreneurial model for providing rapid, cost-effective responses to international crisis situations.
Ray is a member of the Board of Directors of Food Resources Bank, International Food Bank Association, and Faithnet. He is the recipient of the Caring Institute National Caring Award, the National Association of Christians and Jews Humanitarian Award and the Maxwell House "Real American Hero Award."
Articles on Ray and his work have appeared in the Washington Post, the Baltimore Sun, the San Francisco Examiner, the Houston Post, the Dallas Morning News, the Arizona Republic, the Raleigh News and Observer and the Los Angeles Times. He has appeared on the NBC Nightly News, the CBS Weekend News and the 700 Club.
